How to say "Je pense" ?

1. Three basic verbs

To express your thought, you may use this three verbs:

  • Penser que
  • Croire que
  • Trouver que

Remind: the following verb may change

      • Use the indicative mood if the main verb is positive.
      • Use the subjunctive mood if the main verb is negative.

Depending on what you would like to insist, you can also use a specific verb to express hope, wishes, certitude...

Remind: some expressions might be followed by a subjunctive mood, depending if you express a doubt or not.
